xops encode base64

Base64 encode or decode the provided string

Usage:
  xops encode base64 [-d] args [flags]

Flags:
  -h, --help   help for base64
  -u, --url    Use URL-safe mode (only URL-safe characters in base64 output)

Global Flags:
      --color string       ANSI color output (auto=detect pipe/redirect, never=disable, always=force enable)
      --debug              Enable debug mode (equivalent to --log-level=debug)
  -d, --decode             Switch to decode mode
      --lang string        Interface language (zh/en)
      --log-level string   Set internal diagnostic log level (debug, info, warn, error)
